Just like that, it’s already the end of week 1. Rooster is showing a good response to coming when called, even while he is playing with his friends. He is showing a good understanding of his week 1 commands such as sit, down, wait at doorways, and leave it with items of interest. Next week Rooster will continue to work on these commands and add some additional skills. Brad’s team has been working on having Rooster out for about 45 minutes at a time and then taking him to go out to potty afterward and he almost immediately eliminates each time with minimal accidents during his sessions. Rooster does great with finding dog toys to self entertain with as opposed to chewing on household items.
