“JoAnna graduated from Purdue University with her Bachelor’s in Animal Sciences in 2014, then taught high school science through Teach For America for 5 years in South Texas. After teaching, JoAnna returned to Purdue to earn her Master’s degree in Comparative Pathobiology, with a concentration in Animal Behavior and Welfare. Since graduating, JoAnna has been working as a behavior consultant for a local dog training company and working toward her Karen Pryor Academy dog training certification, which she will complete in September of this year. JoAnna lives in West Lafayette with her fiancé, Phil, their dogs, Foxy and Maple, and their cat, Booger. She is thrilled to join the Colonial Village Labradoodles team at Fieldgate Farm.”
