Household items can be a hazard for dogs and new puppies. I am always very careful about all medicines:
ibuprofen, Tylenol, antidepressants, vitamins, cold and flu meds, and many essential oils
Then you must be concerned about all chemicals:
Antifreeze, fabric softener, insecticides, drain cleaner, oven spray, rodent bait, mothballs, paint thinner
One item families are always shocked by is that puppies love to eat potpourri. They are attracted to the smell and then love the taste.
