Please, please register your microchip! We are contacted 3-4 times each year when a dog that was bred in our program has been found can we please help locate the owner because they failed to register their microchip into their name.
The most recent time was on my 30th Wedding Anniversary. Kyle and I were out to lunch out of state and a local vet called. The “Good Samaritan” that brought in the dog wanted to keep it. There were lots of negotiations and we finally secured the dog at the vet while I worked to locate the owners all while my sweet husband sat waiting for me. The stress for all could be avoided if families would just register their chips ASAP. Please do this for all of us and especially your canine baby!
