Rooster is always up for a fun day of training! As we continue with his week 1 skills, he shows a good understanding of what is asked of him. Today we had him out with his brother, Ripley, as they practiced their house training and were able to stay with us for up to an hour before being taken outside for a potty break. Together they practiced their leave it’s with items of interest, which Rooster followed through with nicely. He was able to keep focused with his handler, even with Ripley in the room. His walking is going very well as he follows along with us for small periods at a time. We have also begun introducing week 2 skills such as stay and go to bed. He is catching on well with “stay” and holding them for short periods of time, which we will continue to up the duration of time as we go. As we practice going to bed, he can be apprehensive but is learning to love this spot.

Note: Rooster is not available at this time.
