I am asked regularly about what I think about dogs having canine “siblings” and I think it is great! Dogs are made to be pack animals and miss those canine interactions. I like Doggie Daycares because your dog gets to play in a pack with other dogs and it helps with socialization. Day to day interaction is welcomed by many dogs, too. The key is to find a new dog with a compliementary personality. My trainer recommends families have two boys or one boy and one girl. We have seen success with two girls but it takes an experienced dog family and a dominant and submissive sister relationship.

Did you know that if you purchase a second dog from Colonial Village Labradoodles, we offer you a discount on your second puppy?

Oakley and Baxter live together and are a perfect fit of size and temperament.  I think they are pretty cute, too!
