I was up early again today as our youngest son leaves at 5:30 am for Basketball practice. It amazes me that the son that can barely roll out of bed at 6:45 on a normal school day is ready and waiting by the door at 5:30 am for basketball. It must be a better incentive for him. Today is another fun dog day. We start feeding and rotating dogs for outside playtime at 6:30 am. Around 7:30 am, the girls and I will clean all puppy pens and straighten everything up. Today we plan to walk each dog individually. We have four adult dogs here with us so that will take an hour. It is a hot one again today, so we will then make sure every dog has access to either a fan or air-conditioning and lots of clean water.
I am preparing our families puppy-go-home packs today while the girls work on their Science class. We have a large round table in our library/office and the girls do their school work there while I work on my computer. It makes life so convenient. This afternoon, we have a family coming to visit and since it is so hot, we will be inside so the girls and I will straighten the house before they come. It is also the day that I de-worm puppies. Macy’s babies have a birthday today so I will send pictures to her families.
Today is actually an easy day for dogs and more typical for us as it is mainly playtime, meal time, and clean up time but I know that tomorrow is a very busy day!
